SOLD: 1965 Fender Bandmaster in repro 1x15 combo cab
'65 Bandmaster for sale installed in repro brown/wheat combo cab with a Weber C15N. An adjustable negative feedback control installed in the extension speaker jack is the only mod. Filter caps changed out around 2004. See my Reverb listing for details and more pix: https://reverb.com/item/2371680-fender-bandmaster-1965-brown-wheat-1x15-combo
It's got a Weber C15N 50 watt speaker in from 2000, while they still used the old Jensen-style naming. It is an 8-ohm speaker, therefore a slight mismatch (well-tolerated) with the 4-ohm Bandmaster output transformer. This setup sounds really good; I think it sounds especially good with single-coil equipped hollow body guitars like my old Guild. It sounds pretty good with a Tele, too!
