Recently I installed a filter preamp in my 1970 Starfire bass. Like with a lot of Alembic-modified Starfires, I made front-mounted control plate for the filters, which necessitated cutting a hole where the original volume and tone controls were. Correspondingly, the little position-indicator brad nails were orphaned and are now looking for a new home. I figured, rather than allowing them to disappear in my tub of miscellaneous nails, I would see if any LTGers could use them for a restoration project or for continuity on a vintage Guild with added, non-original controls. Definitely unlikely you'd be able to find another original set of these anywhere else.
Sorry international LTGers, but the recipient would probably have to be somebody in the continental US, so that way I can just drop an envelope in the outgoing mail basket of my office building.
If it was international, I'm not sure what rates are like currently and I assume I would have to make an extra trip to the post office -- which unfortunately usually turns into a 45+min ordeal in my town, with guaranteed wait lines next to people who don't find it necessary to wear a mask or socially distance. Hope you understand!
