Right now , this F 41 is up for sale in German ebay. I do not want to bid on it, but as I have never come across this model, I would like to know if you guys can shed a little more light in this - I am sure someone den. It has a double pickguard.

Thanks in advance

Thomas

It's a F-47CE from about 1999 or maybe already year 2000.

I don't like that handcut second pickguard.

And what an odd bridge, looks like the (very thin and tall looking) saddle is leaning forward a lot and what are those bridgepins? The whole bridge looks like a replacement.
EDIT: Those are Power Pins!

Thanks, Ralf, that's the one I meant. I was just wondering about the model, which I had never seen. Odd double pickguard indeed.

Ralf
This was the first guild i bought for myself, new, when i was 16. I was working in guild dealership, music store, and got to play all the best guilds daily. This is the one i chose because i loved the sound, and the price. I still have it today, and hope i never have to sell it.
