The label looks correct and the unbraced arch back ... but I don't recall the F-2152 coming out with those fret markers ... but I could be wrong?

You are correct, those fretmarkets were added aftermarket! Depends if those are just stickers or if somebody really routed into the fretboard. And a matter of taste.

At 400$ I'm wondering if anyone can give me a little info on this. Is this a good deal?
Well, you can get a brand new one for $500, so it's not that great a deal. I think I'd pay the extra $100 for the new one -- that way you get the warranty and if there's any problem with it, you can exchange it for another new one.

Looks like stickers. I owned one of these and it was OK but I would spend the extra for an F-1512e or an older GAD GAD G212. I am not snobby about all solid woods but I played the F-1512 and it sounded much sweeter than my F-2512e. I also still have a GAD G212 which sounds and plays great!

I agree with Mark, My GAD G212 sounds great even tuned down to C#. Not as many for sale now.
