Ok, guild just came out with this same guitar in an antique burst gloss. I have it on order. Cant wait to see it....

Oh, it's a maple archback! Well done, EZ! That looks to be a great 12-string and an amazing deal!

I suppose it should be the F-2512E MAPLE. Otherwise, is it really maple? Oy.

W-e-e-ell, apparently they couldn't even follow their own model number decoder in this case (easily found on the back of specially marked boxes of Lucky Charms or the internet: http://guildguitars.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/guild-acoustic-naming-structure.pdf ), perhaps because by definition it's an arched back and the F1512 is the rosewood (all-solid) version.
Even though the F2512E Maple is their example model because it's.... "maple, back/sides, duh".
