I remember so much lost time driving around the neighborhood or doing laps around the house pushing an umbrella stroller trying to get the kid to go to sleep! Eventually we found that " get a firm mattress so the kid won't have back trouble or smother " firm mattress was so damn hard I didn't blame the kid for waking up when ever we put him in it. I think that having one half of that double feeder was have fit the " please go to sleep! " bit quite well.

Yeah, I walked my crying baby until I felt like I couldn't take another step without falling down, and then sat and bounced and rocked him until we both passed out from exhaustion. Good times! 😁
