Perhaps you could knit a nice cardie on it ?

Big D's new Showbud is on youtube, about 1:30 into this clip, she's a beauty. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-GdsOO9CHg

Emerald City guitars is an out of the ordinary shop, in my experience a friendly, sort of happening place. They have helped me with excellent advice & referrals a couple times.

Always a nice inventory of vintage, & desirable, guitars & amps, the occasional Guild, more likely sweet old Martins & Les Pauls. A worthwhile stop should ya'll find yourselves in Downtown Seattle, about a 10 minute walk from the Public Market.

The shop prices seem rather steep...maybe to account for negotiations. First off, their JF30 is $1750. Second, they have a 2011 Martin D28 Marquis that cost more than the price of a brand new one.

Does anybody know anything about them?
My 1956 M-75 Aristocrat comes from Emerald City Guitars, and the guy who bought it from Jay (and who sold it to me) said the owner Jay is a great guy, very knowledgeable and helpful and a Musician himself. http://www.emeraldcityguitars.com/about/history/ So you should try to negotiate with Jay Boone himself. http://www.emeraldcityguitars.com/about/staff/

See also this video about the shop: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cLLa9yioNTU

Yes, my Aristocrat sold way lower than advertised originally.

Sir Hatted Frau - What an amazing bundle of guitar magic you have purchased! I'm even astounded by the bench! You have to post pictures when this arrives.
