Gorgeous Eastman T-146smd with the original hard case. In excellent shape, no issues at all, minimal wear. I was told this is a 2006, have not confirmed that. It was little played when I got it. Looked new. Still does. I upgraded the p/us to Seth Lover humbuckers (gold covers. A very worthy upgrade I think. Made an already fine instrument that much better. The p/u swap and set up was done by luthier Rob Engel.

The T146 is an unusual archtop. Fully hollow, but without laminates in the body. The back and sides are carved mahogany (beautifully bookmatched back too), with a carved spruce top. It’s a light, lightly built thinline. The Feedback is much less than one would expect from a carved body, due no doubt to thinner body depth. The ebony fingerboard and bridge add a crisp edge to the sound. It adds up to something different. Beautiful, warm jazz sound with a slight tone roll-off on the neck p/u. Tone full up for sharper trebles. Balanced tones, low to high, with a surprisingly good acoustic presence. It plays just as good as it looks. This is one fine, remarkably attractive guitar.
