There are times I've needed or wanted a truck. Just not enough times to buy one.
It's really good to have both. My "company car" is a 2020 Ford Transit, and it comes in handy. A lot. Best part is that when I get sick of driving it (usually by Friday), I have a great car to drive, that's not a truck/SUV/crossover.

"You've never had a truck, J??? Are you serious?"

I drive my wife's Jeep Wrangler and we have a trailer we hook up to it. When I really want one is when we have to trailer a car project somewhere! They won't let us use the Jeep for that. Even though it has a 6 and 195 hp, which is more than a 5.0 in some F150s.

I know it's got the funny bumper but I really like this color combination:

I should've bought the manual gear shift when I saw it on Ebay.

I like that front end much better than the previous "Bandit" nose. As much as the first 2 noses, in fact.
Those sure weren't the greatest years for Trans Ams, though. Unless you liked anemic engines.

To be fair, at least the (Pontiac) 400 and 455 blocks and rotating gear are very amenable to readily available and even smog-legal upgrades. And torque didn't really suffer that much in the first place, especially in the 455. ;)
