Do you keep your acoustic in a case or leave it out?

I do believe you need some more guitars Andrew. I really, truly do.

hmmmm...only 1 Hog body, but those 212XL's are special.

Funny, you have more dred models than the Westerly Guild Guitar site.

If you've got a case and, like me, watch in sickened silence as (something like) a bike falls over and reams the lacquer from the sound hole and in a straight line down the scratch plate...you'll feel pretty stupid.

Woody, it's not yet August so we may get some more but the monsoon season didn't really happen here in the desert so far, did it? Honestly, the other night I was woken up by some of the loudest thunder ever! Made me sit up in my bed just in time to see a lightning bolt hit the street right outside our house!! With that crackle and pop when it hit, and my room was super lit up!! I was kinda like "Okay maybe put mah slippers on.... jeeze!" but even with the storm rolling across the valley no rain came with it. And it was only like a sultry 11% RH!! This is also the hottest time of year and it hasn't dropped below 108 at all. Except for that one day it was cloudy and 104, it felt like spring!! We're looking at 111-112 through the week until Sunday. So things are super dry here right now. Maybe we'll get some August rains hopefully soon!!

hey Tom, yeah, it did pour buckets on thursday, for sure. but i am used to way more rain and it starting around july 4th. so starting few weeks late and again, not very consistent. at the same time, the humidity has been there, just hanging on top of us. the unloading uhaul day was 108 and like 50% humidity. it was oppressive :)
