Seriously, Tim, this totally depends on whether you like the sound and playability of the guitar. The lacquer shavings and soundhole crack are easily addressed. Totally up to you whether you feel it's worth it all. To me it'd be a no brainer -- KEEP!, but don't forget we're total enablers around here.
