That book is quite uncommon. I doubt anyone would pay that, but you never know.

If Beesley's book had color photos, it would be so much better. I love the color photos in Hans' book...

Even though I look at mine often it is still in excellent condition. No intention of getting rid any time soon.
I'd probably price it ridiculously just so it wouldn't sell
