100% sure. The 11 behind the 7 might mean November on those serial numbers, so November 1997. But I'm not sure about that, the 11 also could be part of the serial number and no month. 2008 used the same serial number system but in later 1998 the serial number system changed and the letters KC were added for the Korea Cor-Tek factory in Incheon/Korea (that factory was closed 2008).
