I hate when I make a mistake. What I hate more is when I do.... people are soooo quick to point it out. Maybe get a hobby or play your guitar more.... or run. You like to run, yeah??

Yeah well the running is on hold since I have suffered a bout of PTTD. Therefore I am grumpy AF!

I liked it this morning. If I wake up and I see 3:30am on my trusty old Seiko Turtle watch, it's too early to get up. But if it's 4:30 it's a great time to get up, make coffee, enjoy the quiet of dawn, let the boss sleep in.

Well, that sucks! Sorry to hear about this. That's like 6-8 weeks for recovery and from what I've read it's a progressive thing. This is terrible news. If you wanna yell at me some more, it's fine.... go for it. If it helps, I'm here for ya..... golly!! :(:(

Especially today, as it is the day of the Half Marathon I was training for when the PTTD hit. Part of it is on me though. I was out for a nine mile run and my ankle started hurting around mile seven. Figuring the pain would stop like most minor pains encountered while running, I just keep going and finished the run. Big mistake! That was three weeks ago and no recovery on the horizon.

From what I've read, any activity at all will cause more trouble and increase recovery time by a LOT!! Those last two miles really did a number on you!! Sorry to hear this.

Your bod sent a message. You've made a remarkable change in a relatively short period of time.

Take the time off....don't push it!
