D-44M Owners/Players

Saw a mid 70s D-44M in a local shop. Excellent condition, some flame in the wood and played nice. Anybody want to comment on this model and what a fair price would be with the OHSC.

I'm not a D-44M owner/player, but according to the latest Vintage Guide, they're valued as follows:

70's -- $1200 to $1500
80's -- $1075 to $1325

The D-44M was discontinued in the mid 80's.
