Hi, so I am repair tech for a small store in Illinois, and I just had someone email me and ask if I can put a new bone saddle on the CO-1C, which was made in Tacoma. Problem for me is, I can't seem to find any specs on what size the saddles that Guild used on these guitars was. Can someone give me an answer here? I have saddles on hand that fit the GAD series, but I have no idea if those are the same size saddle or not. Obviously, if I they aren't the same size, I'm going to have to cut one for him, so it would be nice if I could have an idea if he asks about costs before I give him an answer. Thanks for any help you can give me, I really appreciate it, I'm kinda stumped here. I don't see many of the Contemporary series around my neck of the woods.

Welcome. I have no clue whether the specs for a Made In Tacoma, USA would apply to the Made in China GAD series. I can't think of too many people who have one and are still around. Maybe you could plan on having to make one and quote a not to exceed price? Perhaps the customer could be trusted to make a measurement? Good luck.

P.S. - if it might be a spec listed in a catalog you could try here https://www.gad.net/Blog/guild-guitar-catalogs/
