Cool clip steel! Thanks for sharing.... interesting looks that Del Vecchio guitar!
I'm getting into the resonator thing myself and loving it, and knowing how loud they are, they did a good job with the miking on that clip to balance both guitars.

Great clip!
Good friends, intimate setting without the bright lights and the crowd noise, and a simple tune....who could ask for more?
That's a real treasure, Steel, and thanksfor sharing it with us.

There are great things floating around out there in the ether!

Neat stuff. Am I correct that the Del Vecchio resonator is a nylon stringed guitar? I think I read that in an article somewhere.

Atkins recorded an album with Mark Knopfler, called NEck and Neck
I own it on CD. It's decent, but most of it's a little too "old country" for my liking.

Not to get too off topic, but Atkins recorded an album with Tommy Emmanuel, called "The Day the Finger Pickers took over the World". It's a phenomenal album. A must own for any Chet Atkins/ Tommy Emmanuel fan.
