Checking the date of a D-212

Five years ago, I bought a nice Taylor 12-string. It still sounds great, but for five years I've been fighting with that horrible neck. No more. I just got this near-mint D-212 back from a bridge reglue, and between its chunky neck and glorious sound, the Taylor's going up for sale tomorrow. And the guitar plus OHSC plus reglue work has set me back about 1/3 of what that Taylor originally cost me.

I just want to double-check the serial, which The Chart puts at 1986. More often than not when I post Guilds here I find out that The Chart is wrong.
