Sort of. The original went belly up early 2000s. Rights to the name were bought several years later by Direct Marketing Services Inc., hoping to cash in on the almost universal name recognition. FWIW, the catalog is not nearly as interesting as the old Ward's (or Sears) catalogs.

I remember visiting the old Wards store on South Broadway in Denver (right close to the Gates Rubber factory - another blast from the past!). I was fascinated by the pneumatic tubes running everywhere in the store.
