Either the foot (and arm) belongs to an assistant or the photographer as an incredible wingspan or a selfie stick was used.

Yeah, assistants... Every photographer's friend. Here's another one.

"Honey, how do you want me to hold the guitar?" - "Just hold it like your vacuum cleaner, and we'll be fine."

I think the photographer was spread-eagle for that shot (if the reflection of his other leg is accurate). o_O

Speakin' of ugly feet, this spring I got a fungus under my right big toenail.
The doc cut it off to grow cultures with.
And dang, that was my favorite one, too.
At least by the time he took it off it had already almost completely lifted off the nail bed so I didn't feel a thing.
I'd been treating it with vinegar for a couple of weeks before the appointment, but he advised that while it might kill what was in the immediate area it still doesn't get the systemic infection, need specific anti-fungals for that, and that's why he wanted to culture the nail to ID the specific fungus. Various types need different fungicides, for a 6-9 month treatment no less.
Still haven't figured out where its came from, it was the first time I ever experienced this. But he said in fact most people will get one at some time in their life.
SO maybe you wanna be a little cautious about acquiring guitars which have been in such close proximity to feet.
Y'never know.
Just sayin'.

Al, you haven't lost your skill to make a wild veer, then bring it back at the very end of your post. Nice!
