I have mostly DeWalt and Makita. Not by any forethought or plan, just what happened at the time. They've served me well. Except for one Skil circular saw, which is owned by Bosch. So yeah, those are my tools. Plus the Ernie Ball Power Peg!! :p:ROFLMAO:

I have a Ryboi that was gifted to me that I quite like. Before that I was a Millers Falls/plug-in all the way. I do NOT like these modern-ass chucks, maybe because I am a tool-maker's son, I need a chuck that needs a key!

I would humbly suggest, that whatever you choose, look at any other tools you might in the future need/desire. Just by luck, SWMBO (Gawd, I love her so!) got me a battery chain saw for Christmas. I am not taking down TREES, just cleaning up the mess after a big widow-maker comes down...and it uses the same battery as my drill. Smart woman, that Finn :)
