^SEE! It's a thing. I think real estate agents shouldn't be allowed to ask " Were ya' from?". They know many Californians are used to stupid high home prices and they are suckers for a house price that would be laughed at by the locals. Next thing you know, " All the comps say you can get 40% more for your house this year."

I feel sorry for the OP’s dogs.

To me, anything below 70 outside and I am starting to feel cold. My body functions better over 70. Also bass playing is easier on the hands over 70f.
The perfect day of fishing for me is 80-100F. Maryland humidity. No breeze.
Maybe 75-100 for biking.

So now we are at thermostat 68 indoors and I am in long Johns/insulated pants, and fleece/wool (in and out of doors) til May, when it starts breaking 70 outside here in Maryland.
