My 512 has a maple neck, evidently a bit of a rarity. Many (most?) have a rosewood bridge but mine has ebony. I don't know if that's rare or not.

What year is yours ? It would be nice to have an F-512 some day. Was that saddle stock or have you had one made ?

Forgot to mention that (just now fixed it). It's from 1990. I had a local luthier make the saddle.

I'm sure 'Strang had that saddle made.... no way it came from the factory like that. Guild had some of the best "silky" Sitka tops in the world!! Like John said, amigo.... What Year?? :encouragement:
