Here's an intimate version of her tribute to Eddie Van Halen from her first solo album "You and Me" that came out in March.

Sounds like you know something about recording.First she talks - propably there is a fairly hard material roof + wall behind camera - that explains the echoey sound of her speaking.
Playing guitar - without a question playback - unless thhere is an inside guitar mic + transmitter + external sound processing.
She could well be enough good guitar player to play in sync - not that hard after all-
And the dog . . . - always good to have animals around !
I wonder. One could argue she's got a great sounding guitar and we know she's a great player. Maybe that's we are supposed to sound like if we could play like that.
Why would she be showing off her "syncing" skills? She's Nancy Wilson. I think it could be live and perhaps she tweaked the sound on her phone. There are several apps that can do that. And some of the new iPhones have great mics.
It just seems so natural.

No, I like your assessment, and others who have posted. I guess I just WANT it to be all her!
But my wants and reality are often at odds...
