I bought this back in September for a really good price. It has a lot of play wear on the body. It has the MIRC serial number, but I am pretty sure it was built in 2002 in Corona. Lots of saddle. Action is pretty nice. Slight belly beneath the bridge. Big sound as you would imagine. I love the rosewood on this one and I am fairly selective about fretboard material / aesthetic. It has a passive pickup installed of the K&K or JJB variety. Sounds really good through my Roland Cube EX and a body rez pedal.

My luthier told me to put silica gel packs inside the guitar and inside the case to help settle the bellying going on. It came to me on the dry side and I think I might have over humidified it. Does not affect the bridge as it is still firmly attached to the top and the action still feels really nice up the neck in my hands.

I believe the MIRC designation is a result of some discoloring on the binding on the lower bout.
I tried to capture this in the photos but it is pretty faint.

At the end of the day, my DCE3 gives me all I need at the moment in the maple dept and bills are piling.

I will ship it in a soft case as I do not have the original.

$850 shipped as that is exactly what I have in it not including some set up work.
