Trying this one more time. Other guitars are trying to make their way into my house, so something has to go.
When i got it, it didnt have the pickguard, so i ordered one that looks right, but is not an original Guild pickguard. The rest is stock. Has a few marks from its time being played through out its life , but nothing that i would describe as overly dramatic, but i would point out the mark on the treble side of the bridge where a previous owner moved the bridge a bit and scuffed the top, but its shown in the photos, and on the headstock. The body looks good, but has little marks that may or may not be buffed out, i never tried. You can ask me for specific photos and i will send them pretty quickly.
I wanted to see how it played with a harp tail on it. So i ordered one, its period correct and on great shape. It was professionally installed, and the original Guildsby can be swapped back at your Leisure. The Guildsby will be wrapped up and placed with in the guitars shipping box carefully. Guitar will ship with the tail piece on. Currently has 11” flat wounds and the action is really low, and it’s easy peasy to play. There is plenty of room on the bridge to go either way, neck is straight.
Case is original, has its share of marks but holds guitar tight.
The last i checked shipping isn’t cheap, so it could be 120 or so depending on how far you are from central virginia. I usually ship same day as payment. I can do paypal, if you choose to send that way, please add on the fee. I believe 1300 for this guitar with both the tail piece and the Guildsby is a decent price.
Thanks for taking a look.
