Decided to pull the Bluesbird from the listing, have some upgrades done and play it. Thanks
Bought this a few weeks ago from a great TGP member. It arrived in good shape as described. In fact, I’ve asked permission to use his description of the guitar in this thread. I like everything, except the neck radius is too flat for me. I’ve become picky in my old age. Not looking to make money, just try to move on. $850.00 shipped east of the Mississippi. West Coast a little more.
Description:
This guitar is a player grade guitar, Recently had the frets polished and lightly crowned as well as a new nut installed.
Several nicks. dings, and chips in the finish front and back as you can see from the pics as well as finish checking/long crack on the underside between the binding and neck wood. It is not a crack in the wood, just a crack in the finish between where the binding and wood meets. (very normal for these 90s Guilds)
No noticeable dings on the back of the neck.
Plays great as well as light and resonant thanks to the chambered body.
Duncan 59s
Slimmer 60s style neck
Weight: 8lb 0oz
CTS 500 Pots installed as the originals were scratchy and worn out
NO CASE. Will ship in protected gigbag.
Please ask if you have any questions Thanks
