Lovely early New York 7, NY Guild F-30 Aragon sunburst. Sounds and plays beautifully. For LTGers the price is $2,950.00 + $75 Shipping CONUS Only, if interested please send me a PM. This guitar is light as a feather at just 4Lbs 1oz. I just love the subtle two tone top shading and the tortoise shell pickguards on these 50's instruments. Has open book headstock with Guild "Simple G" inlay. A nice original guitar with some basic professional repair work done in the past. There is a top cleat repair for a 3/8" long crack on the right hand side from the end of the fingerboard to the edge of the sound hole. Some careful binding repairs have been made around the top and the back binding and heal cap has been replaced and aged to match the original. There are several back separations that have been carefully glued with no movement. As you can see from the photos there is still a decent amount of break angle over the saddle so it has a strong and clear voice. It is setup with 12-53 light gauge strings with action on the treble side a 3/32" and just slightly higher on the Bass side at the twelfth fret. It has the typical 1 5/8" neck width at the nut with a vintage radius to the fingerboard. The neck sort of feels like a 50's Fender Telecaster neck than like a neck that you would expect to find on an acoustic. The frets are in fairly good shape with some life left in them. Includes a modern Guild logoed premium hard shell case that fits it like a glove.
