    Tuner ID?

Can someone remind me of all the different Guild models that this style of Kolb tuner appeared on and from what year to what year? Thanks.

    Acoustic archtop

In regards to the OP's post showing his Gagliano 900, here is a pic from the 1953 Meisel catalog that features the line of Gagliano models including the 900 model I have two copies of this rare catalog so let me know if you're interested in one of them? I suppose by 1956 the headstock design had...

Sold Vintage 1960's Guild F-30 Hard Shell Case...Offers?

No takers so far on the Forum so my buddy gave me the green light to open the door to the best offer before he takes the case back and puts his Yamaha guitar in it (or sells it himself on eBay?). I just thought that someone here would be more deserving of this cool looking '60's F-30 case than...

Sold Vintage 1960's Guild F-30 Hard Shell Case...Offers?

I stand corrected. The appealing exterior 'alligator' covering has a distinctive '50's vibe.

Sold Vintage 1960's Guild F-30 Hard Shell Case...Offers?

Yes you're right. Guild did make attractive cases....and of course guitars...and this 60-ish year old case is no exception. I thought that someone from the pool of 1960's F-30 owners on this Forum might gobble it up. I'll give it another run.

    Sold 1953 x-550 -- photos in link

Hans...since I've only seen these 'no-line' tuners on early Guild 500's, 350's and F-50's with oval pearloid buttons, can you indicate whether the keystone buttons seen in the OP's posted picture are indeed original to this model and time period? Thanks.

Sold Vintage 1960's Guild F-30 Hard Shell Case...Offers?

Here is a nice original 1960's era Guild hard shell case from an F-30 model. Not sure what other models it fits? A friend of mine sold his 1960's Guild F-30 guitar decades ago but held on to the case for another guitar which he never plays. So when I suggested that he could make a little money...

    Sold 1953 x-550 -- photos in link

What a classic model! You mentioned that the tuners are "single line Klusons and probably most valuable" but none of the posted pics feature these tuners so can you post (here or on the Reverb site) a picture of them taken, of course, from the back of the headstock so I can see exactly what they...

Sold Vintage Guild S-300 Silk Banner

I have a very cool and somewhat rare old Guild silk banner which features the S-300 model. It's not plastic like newer banners. I'm guessing it's from the 1970's because the music shop that it came from closed in the late 1970's? It measures 30" x 20". It's in good condition for its age, no...

    Guild guitar riffing...what model?

Real nice riffs played on this Guild. Is it a Starfire or CE-100? Still trying to learn some of the details.

    WTB Guild Case Emblem/Badge

Thanks again Ralf for posting that. That absolutely makes sense since most of the old ephemera I have (i.e. case & guitar tags/stickers and catalogs) date back to the 1960's and 70's.

    WTB Guild Case Emblem/Badge

Okay, it's all good. And thanks Ralf for the details. I think these stickers came from the same Guild case...at least about 40+ years ago! Not sure why I've had them put aside for all these years but Richard's post me me realize that I did! Back to the drawer they go!

    WTB Guild Case Emblem/Badge

I have a couple of old Guild case labels that have been stored away in a folder for a couple of decades. Not sure what decade they are from? If this is something you can use, drop me a note. Jim.
