Great guitar for any musical style, spruce top, rosewood back and sides, and a mahogany neck. The ebony fretboard features pearl diamond, snowflake, and catseye inlays. Other appointments include...hudsonvalley.craigslist.org
I think you have to create an account at Craigslist first (top right corner under account) and log in. (like E-Bay Kleinanzeigen). But I think it's very unlikely a Craigslist seller would sell out of country.I only get an error when I try it.
I did create an account, but still get this error. And I would do all the paperwork and organizing for pickup shipping.I think you have to create an account at Craigslist first (top right corner under account) and log in. (like E-Bay Kleinanzeigen). in any event, I would look for an acoustic in Europe first, as one of these would really wind up costing you!
I found a rosewood one in Virginia on Facebook. can u view this link?
I took the other pickup out. And realized if I install the original one it’s just gonna take more time for your tech to take it out, solder it, and install it again. So as it is The guitar is in the case with no strings. Better to ship it so far this way. The bridge, saddle, and pins are in a baggie in the case compartment along with the Fishman matrix pickup system. I’ve made a bit of a protector for the piezo so it doesn’t get damaged.
The seller seems to be a nice guy. Made me offert I couldn’t resist. But he wants to send it with the strings detached. Is this a good idea? I though the strings give a guitar its stability?
I am up in Stone Ridge all the time, and that guitar has been posted on CL a long long time. I am not the best at looking at/assesing acoustics however. Since it's not so old hopefully it is basically like new. but this would be a bit of a leap of faith for you, in more ways than one. message me if u want to roll the dice.
At the risk of volunteering other people and making work for them, we have members who claim to live in Richmond, Virginia (where the listing is) and several others who could drive there in less than 90 minutes.
I think being nice is part of the self enforced community standards.I can‘t believe how nice and supportive all of you are. I am completely new member, nobody knows me and haven’t yet been able to contribute much to this community.
Why is the Fishman system removed? Don't believe I've ever seen a piece offered that way before, raises my caution flag. (Edit: Missed the seller's explanation at first, but still..)The seller seems to be a nice guy. Made me offert I couldn’t resist. But he wants to send it with the strings detached.
