While I have never bared that much skin in a snowstorm, I do recall that during my days in Rochester NY, if my head and feet were covered and warm, nothing else got uncomfortably cold so shorts and a t-shirt were common.

I have no tattoos,,,, which is kind of strange since I've been a biker my whole adult life. I've had people offer to pay for me to get a tattoo but I just never wanted one. They don't bother me if they're on someone else. To each their own,,, but I'd be happy to go up there and try to lick the one off the hoop sweety if it will make you guys feel better. :lol:
