Boy glad this is a resurrected thread...I almost bought one of them....love that burst...and I already have one of the best sounding D-40 guitars ever made.

I'm also looking at a 2012 NH D40. I have heard great things about those guitars as well. Have you been able to compare it to one of the new Oxnard models?
