Well I fat fingered my bid and missed out. Probably a good thing. Is there such a thing as a good mini-amp? I might use one at summer camp if they're any good.

Same ad, different seller...I smell something a bit...off...
I'm missing something here. Which are the "same ad, different seller"?
First link is to an auction by seller p51leaf which ended on Apr 2.
Second link is to an ad by seller trianglepick which is still running and is the exact same ad used by p51leaf. I think that's a wee bit too much coincidence. Also the seller specifically states he bought it in the '80's, so unless the seller's using 2 different id's someone's not being entirely truthful. Add to that the relative rarity of the device and I think there's enough evidence to be pretty sure it's the same piece.
Maybe triagle pick just thought it was easier to re-use p51's ad, maybe he even sought permission. It's probably only a small and harmless misrepresentation but it does look like one from here.
But the real point is that I think the odds are that it is the same piece.

GUILD TWEEDY BIRD Mini Practice Amp....GREAT sound....VINTAGE!!

As a guitar player, I always had to laugh when I'd plug this little amp into my guitar. What a clever idea!! I bought it in the 80's, not just because it was a convenient way to practice, but it also sounds pretty cool. At partial volume on the guitar, it sounds pretty clean. But, turn the volume knob on the guitar all the way up and it gets a nice touch of distortion which really makes it fun to play with. It works on two 9 Volt batteries (not included). It's in relatively good shape because it spent most of its life in my home recording studio. When I bought it new, it had a very thin foam, grill cover over the speaker. But, over the years the foam deteriorated and now you can just see the remnants of where it used to be glued on. (see photo). However, it still works perfectly. The speaker itself looks like it has small hump in one section, but that's the way it always looked. It has an on/off switch as its only control. The "Tweedy Bird" is a lot more convenient than plugging into a big amp when you just want to play something for yourself....and it's a LOT more fun!

Please pay via PayPal within 5 days of auction end.

That's what I am seeing for the auction text in both cases. Sure doesn't look like the same ad to me. I presume that is not the auction text other folks are seeing or that the Kool-Aid will get passed to me momentarily.

I have sneaking suspicion I must have some how hit the same link twice...or screwed up "some other how".
