Without a comparison, it really comes down to "what is it worth to you".
Not the buyer, but what value including sentimental value would you let it go for, and start at that point.

I can't give you much guidance, unfortunately, except to tell you to check ebay listings. Plain vanilla Thunder 1's are pretty common and "not a Fender", so I would expect between 275-350 on a good day on ebay. On a bad day, you might not get any bids. :-(
One of the member recently picked up a Thunder 1 reverb, which is a different beast altogether and paid under four and a half beans.
It's not a knock on the amps at all, they never developed a following.
Pics would be cool, if you have them. Is it the black tolex version or the beige model?

Aren't there single and double speaker versions of the Thunder 1, as well as beige and dark tolex versions?

That would be another reason to throw up a photo.....

Hey thanks guys. It is the black version. It has 2x10's it's nearly flawless. It just has a little bit of smoke stain. But what amp from the 60s didn't set next to an ash try

Gonna veer a little, but I see what looks like an autograph on your guitar. Story behind that?
