If you're looking for a "D" 12-string, then this looks like a good candidate.

I sold my mint condition D212M here on the forum a while back for $625 shipped. It was a fair price. Maybe a little low, but not much. The guitar you're looking at is really rough. Unless you can get it dirt cheap, I'd wait for a better deal.

I saw that too. Let's see , there's plenty of saddle, I didn't detect any big cracks, and the bridge appeared to be pretty solid. There was no good view of the finger board. At the current price it's a real bargain.

My recently arrived VG Price Guide says a Bluegrass D-25-12 goes for low to high....$625-775. I had an '83 D212M that I traded for the equivalent of about $850, also in mint condition. Great, big toned guitar, especially with that arched back. Very different sound, at least to me, than an F bodied Guiild 12

They're not really that uncommon....as they made some variant of a D-25 in a 12 string (D-15 12, D-17 12, D-212) from at least the '80s to the end of the '90s.

That looks ridden hard and put away wet to me. I know that appeals to some, but think there are better treated guitars out there of the same model if you're patient and wait for it to turn up.
