It has a mahogany neck and maple body (pretty normal), but with a maple fingerboard and cedar top (unusual!). I would love to hear the acoustic tone of this one.

Cedar is much cheaper than spruce. I can buy a pair of cedar wedges for $50, spruce is six times that for second grade or lower.

I love cedar topped guitars. I had a wonderful Bourgeois J(umbo)OM that was cedar over mahogany, and it had such a unique, mellow sound. Was light as a feather too. I foolishly sold it to my old guitarist, who wouldn't quit begging to buy it, and I'd buy another if I could find one!

Can't get a much simpler headstock logo than that! Love it!

Yes, it would be very interesting to hear how cedar effects the acoustic properties of an archtop. Neat stuff!

Looks totally "unfinished" to me.
I’m not a fan of satin sunbursts, but a well done satin on natural finish instruments can look really nice, imho. Example - a 2010 Breedlove ‘A’ mandolin:

Love it!
Makes sense to me.
I wouldn’t get along with its neck (I prefer shorter scale length, and a fatter handful),
but I’ll bet it sounds great.
