I think this 1971 Artist Award might have the uncommon V-block variant that Hans described in his book (p 25). It's a 3-piece inlay with long V, except the V isn't quite long enough.

I was going to comment that the crack may make it a good buying opportunity for someone willing to have it repaired. Then I saw the asking price.
