I am posting, this video, for Joe (Killdeer) because he said that the lighting was bad on the last video I posted .... even though that was intentional, on my part. The video was taken at THE GATHERING MUSIC FESTIVAL that we hosted, here in Trenton, Michigan, on a Saturday and Sunday, in August of 2009. Unfortunately, in August 2009, I did not own a GUILD Acoustic Guitar (I know that's a hideous thought), so you see one of two 12 strings that I owned, in my pre-Guild days. Mike, the fiddle player was just out of high school then and is now a Music Education and Music Theatre Major at Bowling Green State University. This song "Tubal Cain" will be included on my new CD "Through The Ages Of Time" and this time I will be playing my 1967 Guild F-212 and I hope that Mike can join me as well.

Great song, Tim!

And a great sound (though I am obligated to state that, of course, it would have sounded better performed on a Guild - :D ).

I love the violin and the 12 string together. I look forward to your CD.

Christopher,

Once I found my '75 D-35, I knew that I could like play my AUSTIN 12 String, for very much longer, and had to find a GUILD 12 String. I found my '67 F-212, on the Guitar Center Website. $585 and free shipping brought the guitar, home to me. My F-212 is featured in a short video, on You tube, below.

That sounds better than I recall from hearing you play the F212 live. Maybe it was the acoustics in the room that made the difference.

I look forward to your CD. Is there usually good turnout at the First Friday Coffee House? Then is East River Folk is the next day? I may plan a trip to A2 to the Guild shop then come over to one of these jams. -Also sent a PM.
