Here is a live performance by The Swinging Blue Jeans (from Liverpool) from 1976 where they are playing their version of Chan Romero's "Hippy Hippy Shake" (it was their 3rd single and a #2 hit in the UK for them in 1963), and lead singer Ray Ennis can be seen playing what appears to be a very nice T-100D Slim Jim model with Guild humbuckers from the early 70s, and their lead guitarist is using an S-100 Polara here:
Here is a T-100D Slim Jim from 1974 that looks quite similar to the one that was used by Ray Ennis here, but this one has a sunburst back and neck, whereas the Slim Jim that was used by Ray Ennis has a brown back and neck:
