Not being an actor, and Killdeer already using the "break a leg" saying, I am at a loss on how to wish a thespian well, so being an old fisherman I'm only left with "Tight lines, oily hair, and good fishing!" or "Fair wind and a following sea" :shock:

I did that 2 days after appearing at the RSC Dell outdoor theatre in Stratford on Avon It is still recovering :roll:

As the Beadle I didn't get my throat cut - just tricked onto the chair and down the chute while holding a pistol on Todd. Mrs Lovett shouts up "It's OK, his neck is broken".

Our Todd (Jeremy Fowlds) is the son of an actor (Derek Fowlds http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Derek_Fowlds) well known in Britain (roles in Yes Minister and Heartbeat) - and has appeared with Gwynneth Paltrow in Sylvia as Mr Robinson.

Doesn't follow the text of the play (not the musical) if so - The Beadle is coming to arrest Todd - Todd says "He won't be shaved - that's for certain". Tricks Beadle into sitting in his chair saying he has jewels he has stolen hidden there - then dumps him alive down the chute although the Beadle is holding a pistol on him!
