You can't make this stuff up. From Dave's Guitar Shop...

Natural, 0000-14 Fret body shape, Adirondack Spruce top, Adirondack Spruce standard scalloped J #2B bracing, Style 28 Rosette, Grained Ivoroid binding with the Bold Herringbone top inlay, East Indian Rosewood back and sides, Zig-zag back purfling, 16” radius Ebony fingerboard with the Style 45 Abalone Snowflake position markers on a modified V shaped Mahogany neck, 25.4″ scale length, 1 3/4” nut width, Waverly tuners, With hardshell case, Very good

* Please note – (true story) a previous owner was cleaning a hand gun and it went off. The bullet went thru the case and thru the side and top of the guitar. Those two holes were repaired by Center Stage Vintage Guitars. The slug was pulled from his living room chair and mounted in the guitar.

BTW, what I don't really understand about that guitar, GG, is what really happened to it. It looks to me like the top is charred but not punctured, and I'm questioning where a bullet would've ended up in someone's couch if it made this imprint on the top. I think it might be a bogus story. I mean, if that really was a repair, it's a terrible repair, but the wood grain looks like a perfect match.

I have one kinda like that!

Then of course there's this!

I realize not everyone can be Monty Python, but I find today's videos, art, ads, grossly violent, this one with someone brandishing a rifle on someone over a guitar out of tune, how gross and not funny, in a time when this type of thing is all too real everywhere you look.

In another ad I see all the time, a T shirt ad, someone smacks someone in the face because their T shirt doesn't fit right, again, weird, gross, violent, not funny, I guess I'm just incredibly behind the times, or I don't watch enough TV to be desensitized to the point that I think it's ok behavior.

GGJaguar,
Wow!
Fantastic! You can't even tell where it was damaged.🤔
No wonder it was described as "Very good".
Another example of "disregard what your eyes reveal, and just believe what I/ We tell you".
Did "Dave" let his 11-year old nephew make the repair????

I think they sometimes call that "M" size, e.g. - M-36, M-38. I played an M-36 and found it very impressive.
Similar to Bourgeois' JOM (jumbo orchestra model) size. I've played a couple, and it is a nice sound. More bottom end than an OM/OOO, but it doesn't have the wooly low mid congestion I hear in a lot of dreadnaughts. I'm guessing it's due to the tighter waist, but what do I know.

[EDITED] Changed link and inserted Warning!

Well being as this was recorded over 20 years ago it was pretty funny at the time. A lot of people can't understand how All In The Family could have ever even been on TV much less then a number one show. Yes time changes but history does not.
(No Guilds were hurt in the making of the video!)

More like 50 years ago. It was the early '70's. Funny you mentioned it, I was thinking the same thing about that very show myself just yesterday.
