Please help me with this one.... I posted yesterday about the weird string up on this and thanks for the answers. When I researched the serial AG001725 , I found a member here "Slider" who said he owned this in 2011 and Hans Moust told him it was a 2001. The seller is listing it as a 1999. I spoke to the seller a few minutes ago and he is willing to come down a lot if I bring him cash. He wouldnt budge on a Reverb offer and its been listed for a year. Do you experienced guys see any red flags on his post? Dear GAD, I loved your review of the 2000 and I just missed one.

Looks just like mine! Hans is almost always right, but I'll add that it looks a lot like my 2000 and not like my 1999.

Looks great but $2000 is way too high. I paid $1200 for mine mint, but that was 12 years ago. I'd go $1200-1500 if it's minty.

Yes, AG001725 is from year 2001 as Hans said. It has the Fender HB-1 pickups. According to the pictures it looks to be in great condition.

Hi GAD, a 2000 popped up last week that was near mint. I found your blog review and was sold. I offered, he countered, and before I saw the counter offer, it was SOLD. Im so sick about it. This is next best. He is willing to come down a lot for cash, and its only a few hours away from me.
