I looked on the Guild web site, months ago, and all I found were straps. What if I want a cool Guild "G" baseball cap ? By the way, are those straps worth it, or should I wait for California grown straps ?

I seem to recall the straps were actually all gone anyway, they just never updated the website.
I get the impression Fender simply ordered a bunch of swag at one point (literally almost 20 years ago, as they had shirts and stuff in the '97 catalog) and never really replenished it as it sold off.
That might be an interesting question for the new owners.

Took that screenshot about a year ago. Maybe the hats were too expensive and nobody ever wanted one...

Straps are probably worth whatever a strap of similar quality is worth.

Cordoba seems to like t-shirts but I have not found straps or hats by them, yet.

Lots of folks went to LMG, came back with Guild ballcaps, and don't wear them, so folks may have some they will part with.

Most classical guitars don't come with strap buttons, and they only have a handful of steel strings in their line, so no straps not surprising. Hats, on the other hand...

The latest Guild leather strap introduced at NAMM 2013 was very nice!

You can still find them in some shops and on the internet. Ask BingK for instance, he still might have some.
Guild baseballcaps show up from time to time on ebay I think. Plenty of those Guild T-Shirts (like in the above shown webpage screen shot) are still available on the internet.

How can you tell and "official" Guild hat or t-shirt from a knock off ? Assuming there ARE cheap knock offs.

Those ones Watasha posted links to, from Zazzle, look like knock-offs to me. The logo on the second is unlike any Guild logo I ever saw.

The ones I have for sale are Guild brand "one-size-fits-all" baseball caps -- black, with black-and-silver G-shield stitched logo.

Cheap, brand new, unworn.

I wear my swag from LMG all the time as well, even the neon shirt! As for the strap, one came with each of my NH electrics, and they are very high quality.

Are the shirts one-size-fits-all? I don't see an option for choosing size.

The stools - are they really expecting more stock on 5/24? Or is that just an automatic system-generated date?

That shirt is a large. I'm not sure about the stool, I got mine a few months ago but I'm sure you could email them & ask. Worst case scenario is you'd get a refund, AMS is a reputable dealer. I'd bet they're getting more though because of the specific date listed.

Yes, they do appear to be knockoffs. The only reason I posted them is because there is so little Guild merch/apparel out there.

I won a stool at LMG 1 -- I can confirm that they're "one size fits all" too!

Previous years T-shirts are the first ones I put on when they come back from the laundry.

However, the neon yellow ones -- you wear 'em in public, really?!

If anyone's interested, I'll let the T-shirt go too. Like the hat, never worn!

PM me.

Glenn,

I sure do wear it, and people actually seem to like it, not that I worry about those things anymore. What size is your shirt? If it is a large make me an offer.
