Sweet. 2 Guilds in there. It appears that Sir Paul likes his Martin. Those lefty guitars must be a long lead item to obtain.

Whats the base players name?

Blondie? Seriously, I don't know

That's Hamish Stuart. He used to be a member of the Average White Band. Multi talented singer, guitarist and bass player, which allowed him to switch guitar and bass with Paul whenever the song asked for it. The other guitar player is Robbie McIntosh. Great session player and a long time Guild player as well.

Sincerely,

Hans Moust

Still from the MTV Unplugged show that generated the video. Has to be a B-50 or B-30. I think it has the split bridge which makes it B-50.

And what a great songwriter! I'd forgotten how much I liked this song.

Now I'm going to have to go study up on the Average white Band, an "re-listen to their material on youtube. Did I ever mention how much we all disliked disco in the day? Our band played just ONE disco song, it was the FLIPSIDE of Wild Cherry's "Play that Funjy Music White Boy" 45 single release.

But now 40 years after the fact, I may actually fancy hearing a little disco..

Me too!

I happened to hear a live version on Sirus radio while at work the other day, which led me to look it up on youtube and download the tabs. Great song (and album)
