That's a great picture.

I've often thought of herons as the best example of mindfulness - absolutely motionless for many long minutes, then, when the moment is perfect, launching with all available energy at faster-than-visible speed.

I took the kids fishing today for a couple of hours and didn't get a bite much less catch a fish. Maybe next time we'll use a Heron :)

Great shot Joe, as usual. I especially like the water drops coming off the tail and the pectoral fins of the unlucky shiner! :D
