SF5 blonde

Hi.

I'm looking to buy a used Guild Starfire 5 here in Norway, but there is something about it I can't figure out. It says it is a Guild SF5, and it's in the colour blonde. I cannot find any SF-5's in blonde online. Its serial number is CH002369.

Can you please shed some light over this guitar for me?

Hello Nicolai,

Welcome! What you're looking at is a regular Guild Starfire 5 that was completed during the year 2001, which was the last year they were produced in Westerly, RI. The blonde finish was quite popular during that particular period, since it showed the really nice maple with attractive grain they were using at the time.

Here's a similar one that sold quite some time ago. Today you should expect to pay more and since you are in Norway that would result in a higher price as well
