You can get friend octopus in some high-end Mexican and South American restaurants. It's not bad. I don't think I want it raw. At a really nice restaurant in Hong Kong we had a group and we wanted several duck dishes. They actually bring a rack of dead ducks hanging by their heads out and expect you to pick which ducks you want. Dim Sum for breakfast was a treat, though!!

Where I live, that's called bait...preferably to catch rockfish (striped bass), which we stuff w/ blue crab imperial. The lobster/filet mignon of the Chesapeake!!(only 10X better!)
