It fits in my diet if I only eat it occasionally. Actually, sashimi is fine with my diet, but the sushi is a bit to carby with the rice.

My local grocery store makes fresh sushi every day, and they take some of it out the their gas station to sell.

I'm writing a song called "Gas Station Sushi."

if the sushi is firm, it's probably old
If the sushi is limp, it's better I'm told
Either way at least it's cold
I checked it out and I don't see mold

Sushi near a diesel truck
Harder than a hockey puck
Biting that will loose your teeth
If not - then knocking off your feet.

Sushi could be mentioned in a dialogue in a song (anecdotally), but as a subject, it's SUPER limited. So..... maybe expand your experiences and make them more social and global.... just saying.

I think the idea of gas station sushi can be quite rich and interesting.

First, one must be brave, or crazy, or have inside knowledge to even try it.

Second, The offerings at gas stations have evolved from cigarettes and soft drinks all the way to sushi. What does this say about society?

Interesting subject matter indeed.
