Rich,

I believe so.

Fender corporate headquarters are in Scottsdale to be precise.
One of several American cities to be named after a truck, like Sonoma and Tahoe.
Fender oughta take a hint when deciding what to name their next guitar brand.
Kenosha's got a ring to it.
Or maybe Whitefish.
Sheboygan?
Or even, speaking of the great American southwest, Coconino?

Thank you from Finland

Yer well cometh, I'm sure. :glee:

Although Krazy Kat is one of America's better known (and deservedly so) icons, not so sure if you're familiar, so, a link to an article about that very strip:

Creator George Herriman was a true genius: witness the eternal relevance of a comic strip he pencilled in 1917 .
Gosh I just realized that's 100 years old.
I was thinking of hattedfrau's love of twisted wordplay when I posted it, but glad it resonated with you too.
:friendly_wink:

I like the Hercules stands the best. They seem to be the safest and most stable, and I like the fact that the guitar is suspended with a locking yoke. Great for instruments like the Pilot Bass that has an irregularly shaped bottom, too. They're occasionally a Stupid Deal of the Day at Musician's Friend, and you can get them for a good price.

it’s what I use. Expensive but stable. But I had a real ouch moment with one. I caught the skin between a finger somehow in the pinch points. Could not figure out how to extricate myself. Warning: Do NOT lift it up when that happens. I did.

I still managed to extricate myself. I don’t quite know how though.
