Great clip, thanks for posting.

In my recent inquiries about Guild basses I totally forgot about the M-85 but I think I like it the best (purely from a cool factor point of view). I dig the red one that the guy from The Knack had.

Radiohead has a hollow body M-85 I with Bisonic. Binding on top and bottom and fatter if you have a good memory for what the solid body looks like. Very nice.

The Knack's bass looks to be a solid body with PU covers removed.

Another recent M-85 sighting. I was watching a DVD of a documentary about San Francisco bands. Made at the time by the Public TV station there. There are clips of the Airplane and Dead along with a few others.

But what caught my eye was a vid of Quicksilver Messenger Service, prolly in Golden Gate Park. The bass player is playing a sunburst M-85 with Bisonics. I seem to recall that in other vids he was playing a Fender or maybe a Gibson.
